Beginner Ayurveda Series

April 14th & 21st

Join me for a filled workshop that leads you into the world of Ayurveda. In this workshop you will discover the fundamentals of Ayurveda, known as the “Science of Life”

Ayurveda is a natural healing system rooted over 5000 years ago. Some say, it’s the oldest heath system in the world an is recognized by the World Health Organization.

Ayurveda is holistic and its methods teach us how to create harmony between our body, mind and spirit. Maintaining balance is key which prevents illness, treats acute conditions and contributes to a long and healthy life.

This workshop will be a balance of lecture, experiential practice and group work. Together we will be tasting foods, herbs, making aromatherapy blends, learn about daily morning routines, self-massage techniques and engage in yoga for your Dosha.
